Standard Shipping is carried by ferry, and from dispatch to landing in your shipping country, there is limited tracking information the carrier can provide. Please rest assured that your order is progressing. Depending on the ferry schedule, this process takes from 1-2 weeks. Once landed and handed over to our shipping partners for ground transportation, your tracking ID will be activated.

 Delivery Timeline

 In-Stock Items:

• International: Delivered within 4-6 weeks after processing.

• Domestic: Typically arrives in 5–7 business days.

Custom-Made Items:

• 3–5 business days for production after finalizing design details.

• Shipping time depends on your location (we’ll provide an estimated delivery date).

 Packaging & Safety

• Every item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• We use reinforced materials for fragile and heavy pieces.

 Returns & Exchanges

• Custom-made products are final sale (non-refundable/non-exchangeable due to their personalized nature).
